As a Certified Family Wellness Instructor and Certified Inspirational/Transformational Life Coach, I aim to assist women in moving from a restricted past to a boundless future. I possess specific knowledge and experience in various issues that people face in everyday life such as abuse, rejection, low self-esteem, feelings of being overwhelmed, etc.  Clients rely on my services because of my no-nonsense, direct approach to their unique circumstances.

For over 20 years the lives of women that I have coached have experienced a dramatic turnaround for and in their lives. My interest is not only limited to women but also men and children. My unconventional approach continues to bring deliverance and healing.  Confidentiality is important to me for the client and plays a big role in one's life when in a place of vulnerability.
